Here's a frame from S03E07 of what was temporarily the coolest duo ever, Rainbow Dash and Lightning Dust. I thought Lightning Dust got a raw deal at the end. Hopefully she gets to come back and redeem herself like Trixie (sort of) did.

Edit: Fixed a couple things (e.g. eyelashes, ears, etc. were crappy in various ways) ~SilverVectors pointed out on r/mlpvectors. Thanks, buddy!

I would have preferred having RD (wing) and LD (lead) just switch ranks.
Having Lightning Dust being escorted out of the Academy for good is sad.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who was bummed at that! I really liked Rainbow Dash and Lightning Dust as a team and thought swapping their positions to teach Dust some humility would've been better than kicking her out. I hope we haven't seen the last of her.

The nostril wasn't in the frame in the episode (screencap) so I intentionally left it out. I haven't done a lot of these yet, so I'm still developing a feel for the way they design and animate, so do you think this a case where they accidentally left it out and I should add it in? I'm leaning toward yes.
